Quantitative tools
  • Google analytics: It is a free web analytic tool and it gives the user full insights of the website traffic and marketing effectiveness. It can keep in track of how the user interact and where the user come from and what the user is trying to do on the web. It also offers to genarate the details to statistics.
  • Yahoo web analytics: It similar to Google analytics. It has real-time reporting such that it provide updates to its reporting interface every minute. Dashboards can be customize to your own preference. It also has a side-by-side comparative reporting such that you could compare both reports side by side.
  • Kissmetrics: Kissmetrics is a pay web analytic tool which provides a person-based funnel analysis. This analysis help to track people instead of webpages such that person-based funnel will combine all the person's data to the person's email when person become a customer. In this way, it esy to see how the customer interact with the business.
  • Omniture SiteCatalyst: Omniture SiteCatalyst belongs to Adobe systems. One of its fastures is through social media. It ables to track down social media campaigns and activities so that the user will know how many visitors have contribute to online revenue and conversion. In addition, it can collect reports from interactive video by showing interactive and clickablity charts and graph to increase the video viewership.
Qualitative tools
  • Survs: It is to build, deploy and analyze online surveys. Survs allows browser-based survey editor to use it easily by editing survey titles, page tiles and add questions to pages. It is a paid online survey application.
  • Kissinsights: Kissinsights supported 13 languages and it is the fastest way to sign up. In addition, Kissinsights allows the site owner to create as many question as possible.
  • 4Q by iPerceptions: It has a continuous data collection of the survey. It ables to transfer data from GA to 4Q dashboard and analze it. In addition, there is a storage for data and surveys.
  • Clicktale: allows the user to know whether to make the web pages longer or shorter by seeing how the visitor scroll the page. In addition it does not slow down the site. Also, it does required any software or hardware as it is a hosted service, even it can be use in an offline environment.
  • UserTesting.com: the user will get pay as the website owner wants to know whether the website is confusing a not. UserTesting.com provides a large panal of users, so that the web owner can see how the users use their website. In addition, it ables to record both video and audio of how the user use the web.
  • Loop11.com: It ables to recognise usability and navigational issues.
